Worton Creek Marina works on all sizes and types of boats in our full service repair yard, from sail to power, trawlers to sportfishing yachts. John Patnovic and his crew of dedicated craftsmen undertake some of the most unique and challenging projects on the bay.

Worton Creek Marina has an immediate opening for Marine Mechanic/ Electrician Duties include but are not limited to working on gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical, and water systems. While experience is preferred, a desire to learn and quality work ethic are highly regarded. Certifications are preferred, however not required. This is a full-time year-round position. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Marine paint experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with a willingness to learn a new trade. Experience in preparing for and application of marine products such as Awlgrip and Alexseal is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience, top dollar paid for candidates with proven skills, attitude, and initiative.

While marine experience is preferred, a desire to learn and quality work ethic are highly regarded.
